Don S. Ginsburg, Esquire is a graduate of Widener University School of Law and has been licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1983, concentrating his practice since that time, in the areas of motor vehicle, police chase, products liability (machine guard cases) and medical malpractice (including complicated shoulder dystocia cases). Mr. Ginsburg also has a passion for and wide variety of experience in commercial real estate and business transactions, from leasing to acquisitions.
On a daily basis, Mr. Ginsburg oversees the firms multitude of practice areas.
Oversight includes all areas of litigation, from DUI and other criminal matters, to contractor litigation, collections of physicians practice billings to real estate eviction and foreclosure actions.
The firm’s real estate practice has grown tremendously, assisting in property acquisitions to dispositions, from representing tenants entering into leases to investors buying properties, residential, commercial and industrial. Purchase and sale of small businesses by investors are also handled adeptly.
