WILLIAM J. NEWMAN
William “Bill” Newman is a 2005 graduate of the University of Scranton and a 2009 graduate of the Widener University School of Law where he graduated with pro bono distinction.
During Law School, Bill was a member of the school’s Student Bar Association where he oversaw and organized the “diversity pipeline” mock trial competition where minority students from schools in the Greater Delaware Valley came to compete in the competition in order to try to increase diversity in the legal community. At graduation, Mr. Newman earned the Outstanding Student Service Award, one of only six graduating students to earn such an honor.
Following graduation from Law School, Mr. Newman spent most of his time doing medical malpractice litigation, but also volunteered his time as a Child Advocate with the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project. He also sat on arbitration panels in Montgomery County and helped to decide various disputes, that came before arbitration panels he sat on.
Mr. Newman brings to The Ginsburg Law Firm, his experience as a litigation attorney, to assist clients with their legal issues and offer top-notch legal representation, in all facets of the practice.
Mr. Newman is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
